When you sign up at tcoudal.com/signup, we collect the information you provide:

• Email address (required)
• Name, address, phone number (optional)
• Survey responses about Ward 4 and voting intent (optional)

This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or third-party scripts of any kind.

How we use it

Your email address is used to communicate with you about the Travis Coudal for Ward 4 Alderman campaign — including updates, events, and issues relevant to Ward 4 residents.

If Travis is elected, your email may also be used to send a periodic council agenda digest: a plain-language summary of upcoming city council agenda items so Ward 4 residents can stay informed and engaged. You can opt out at any time.

We will not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party.

How long we keep it

Campaign contact information is retained through the April 2027 election. If Travis is elected, email addresses of subscribers who have not opted out may be kept for the purpose of constituent communication described above. You can request deletion at any time regardless of election outcome.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will remove your record within 7 days.
